JUNIOR Chamber International (JCI) Cebu-Mactan Channel is a young JCI local chapter organized on October 19, 2005 and has since been living by the Vision, Mission and Creed, as well as the principles, values and the process-oriented approaches of JCI.
It earned the merit as 2006 Outstanding New Local Organization of the Year in JCI Philippines, and has been a consistent Most Outstanding Chapter in the Visayas in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
This year (2009) JCI Mem. Emi Rose. R. Parcon, a JCI Trainer graduate, leads the club. Her predecessors are Cerwin T. Eviota, CNT, NG (2006), Angelo Daniel R. Parcon (2007) and Jolex Yu Lim, CLT (2008).
